Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
~ A course in Miracles

"...Thus, according to Buddhist philosophy, reality must be grasped in this world and
by this world, for it is that "Beyond which is also Within". The Lanka compares it to
the moon in water or a flower in a mirror. It is within and yet outside, it is outside and
yet within. This aspect of reality is described as "unobtainable" or "unattainable"
(anupalabdha). And just because it is unobtainable in a world of particulars, the latter
from the point of view of reality is like a dream, like a mirage, and so on. The subtlest
relation of reality to the world is beyond description, it yields its secrets only to him
who has actually realised it in himself by means of noble wisdom (aryajnana or prajna).
This realisation is also a kind of knowledge though different from what is generally
known by this name."

~ Lankavatara Sutra

Two come about because of One
but don't cling to the One either!
So long as the mind does not stir
the ten thousand things stay blameless;
no blame, no phenomena,
no stirring, no mind.

The viewer disappears along with the scene,
the scene follows the viewer into oblivion,
for scene becomes scene only through the viewer,
viewer becomes viewer because of the scene.

From the book....

Imagine
Imagine all the world to be, … just energy
Imagine you and all around, all energy
The animals, the flowers, the trees, energy
The planets, stars and galaxies, energy
The grass, the stones and minerals, energy
Imagine all the world around ...
pure energy
Imagine now, this energy ...
like waves of water in a pool
And imagine lying in that pool
feeling all this energy
being all this energy
Being one with the energy
One with all that is
Imagine
Imagine all the world around ... pure light
And imagine this light to be love,
Feel it running through you
Feel it filling you up …
Feel the joy, the happiness, …
Feel the pure love flowing
Feel your Self
