I received my certification from Indiana Business College in April 2003 and, my Reiki
attunement in June 2003. The types of massage I offer include Swedish, Per-natal,
and Deep tissue work. I am also a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage
Professionals. I offer house calls only. Massage rates are $70 for 60 minutes and
$100 for 90 minutes. I also offer an integrated massage witch includes Swedish,
deep tissue work and, hot stones for $80 an hour and $110 for 90 minutes.
Swedish Massage: The most common form of massage, energizes the body by
stimulating circulation. Swedish massage benefits include relaxation, reduction of pain,
and enhanced immunity.
Deep Tissue Massage: Techniques that relax the muscles to reach the underlying
musculature and fascia. This massage helps with chronic muscular pain and
rehabilitation of injury's. It helps ease the pain of tendinitis and arthritis by reducing
inflammation.
Pre-natal: Massage designed for mothers to be, eases discomforts and enhances
emotional well being.
