The Cards of Destiny is a system with ancient origins that was originally rediscovered by Olney Richmond in the 1800's brought back to life in the Books Love Cards© and Cards of your Destiny© Written by Robert Lee Camp in the 1990's. Robert then created a Computerized System to generate these reports in a simple manner. I say simple as this system is figured by basing a regular deck of playing cards on our one year calendar. Then assigning a card to each day of the year based on each of 13 numbers and their numeric values, the four suits (totaling 52 which converts down to 7 in numerology... oh wait till I get going) and assigning a card to your date of birth. Ok I follow you, I think, but there aren't 52 days in a year everyone knows that. Yes, but when we take of the numeric value’s of the cards (Aces are 1's, then 2's and so on) and multiply each numeric value separately by 4 (four seasons, four suits, four elements..) And add them together guess what you get???? Did you say 365? THAT’s....Close. It’s 364, we have to also add 1 and 1 1/4 for the Joker and now you have 365. That said. A card is assigned to every day of the year which can be placed in a chart that is used to figure your yearly spread. Each card has a different Suit and numeric interpretation and will create your "Birth Card"reading. Various card placements throughout your life spread are utilized to create your "Yearly Reading". By using a system of set charts that will figure out every year of your life a blue print if you will of what will be. Having a full life reading might be a bit much for some. Yes! The short version of this system is that each year of every card there is a particular layout of cards. The layout of a particular card is derived from a complicated mathematical formula that can accurately reveal the energy that can affect you during that cycle.
